Residence Inn by Marriott New Rochelle

A good option if commuting into the city. A nearby train will take you right into Grand Central Station. Room was fine and spacious but the facilities were a bit outdated. The pool was very cold and not much fun. Great continental breakfast compared to other hotels in the area.

What a pleasure it was staying here! I am a platinum member, and I’ve stayed at many of Marriotts . I can’t wait to come back again! To be honest this location was like any other residence inn besides not having complimentary parking. But you know I made it special??? THE STAFF! I want to start off with Jeanie (I hope I got the name, right) . You could hear the smile and her voice when She answered the phone! Only to arrive in person and see that big ole smile first hand! She was friendly and professional, and a bundle of joy. Her personality is what I would love to see it every front desk, and every Marriott there is! And Just as she gets off of work another lovely girl comes on! I believe her name is Ebony! She is so sweet and full of knowledge! And last, but not least the gentleman that restocks everything. I think his title is Houseman. I wish I got his name. He was such a friendly and helpful guy! I can’t wait to come back here and see everyone! I’ll be back for New Year’s Eve!

Katrina was absolutely amazing. After an inadvertent cancelation, Katrina got us all set in a very comfortable, amazing upgrade of a room. She took such good care of us.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. A special thank-you to Jenie—her exceptional customer service truly stood out. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I came here doing the snow storm from 1/24-26. I am from Florida, and the snow was absolutely gorgeous, even though I was shut in my room for two entire days.I would like to thank the front desk clerk for their assistance with guiding me with my rides and Netflix hook up to my tv. The location was excellent for the reason of my visit, plenty of eateries in walking distance , and a CVS. The hospitality room was great as well different varieties to choose from. Please don’t forget that you will need to scan your room key in order to go from floor to floor. If you stay close to the streets be prepared to hear Sirens and firetrucks , I am assuming there is a station close by. No worries because it’s was a snow storm causing accidents. It ended up being a peaceful stay after all.

Stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was exactly what we needed! The suite was big and clean. We last-minute asked if we could use a conference space and hair and make up, and the staff let us use it for the day, no charge, as a wedding gift. Great stay for weddings in New Ro!

We stayed on this property Nov 2025 for a wedding- the Staff at this property was great. It was clean, breakfast was pretty average. Our only complaint was there seems to be issues with the plumbing on the 8th floor. Maintenance was called to several of the rooms throughout the weekend, we never really knew if the toilet was going to flush our not. For the money we spent on this property that was disappointing.

Greeted by friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We traveled with our 2 dogs ($50 for each dog). Not a lot of space for dogs to use to do their business, but it worked. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The breakfast is on 10th floor and was included with our stay, a lot of choices to select from healthy or not, make your own waffles - YUM! It was a very nice stay.
